Job Title: Back Office Executive (Operation and Inventory)
Location: Sail City, New Pundag, Ranchi, Jharkhand
Department: Operation/Admin
Reporting to: Managing Partner
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Back Office Executive (Operation and Inventory) to manage day-to-day operations, inventory tracking, and documentation in ERP. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of coordinating with multiple departments, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain inventory records, receipts, and dispatch entries in Odoo ERP.
- Coordinate inward/outward movement of materials with vendors and the dispatch team.
- Generate and print part numbers / QR codes for product tagging and traceability.
- Prepare and manage basic documentation such as invoices, delivery challans, and e-way bills.
- Handle office opening, closing, and daily operational management.
- Track courier and logistics dispatches and update status to sales teams or clients.
- Support vendor payments, petty cash records, and maintain organized record-keeping and email correspondence.
- Ensure effective coordination and collaboration across teams for smooth workflow.
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate / Diploma (any discipline).
- 2–3 years of experience in back-office, store, or ERP operations.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems preferred.
- Organized, reliable, and proactive with good communication and coordination skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹15,000 per month.
- Travel and communication reimbursement as per company policy.
- Supportive work environment with opportunities to learn and grow.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹14, ₹15,000.00 per month
