Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive located in Ranchi. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing customer accounts, maintaining strong client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and providing exceptional service. Daily tasks will include prospecting potential customers, negotiating contracts, collaborating with internal teams to fulfill client needs, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the Account Executive will represent the company at events and meetings to enhance brand visibility and foster partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in client relationship management and customer service
  • Strong aptitude for sales, negotiation, and account management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to meet client expectations
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities for identifying and leveraging business opportunities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields is preferred
  • Prior experience in the hospitality or tourism industry would be an advantage
