Job Title: IT Executive

• Job Summary:

The IT Executive is responsible for providing technical support, managing hardware and software systems, and ensuring the smooth operation of the companys IT infrastructure. This role involves troubleshooting issues, maintaining networks, assisting users, and implementing IT policies to enhance efficiency and security across all departments.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, printers, and peripherals.
• Provide technical support to users and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and email systems.
• Perform regular data backups and ensure data security and recovery procedures.
• Monitor system performance and ensure reliable network connectivity.
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of CCTV systems, biometric attendance devices, and other IT equipment.
• Maintain an up-to-date inventory of IT assets and software licenses.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT purchases, repairs, and service support.
• Support the implementation of ERP and other software systems within the organization.
• Ensure compliance with company IT and cybersecurity policies.
• Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT support or network administration.
• Good understanding of operating systems (Windows/Linux) and networking fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, database, and cloud-based platforms is an advantage.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities effectively.
