About the Role

As a B2B Sales Associate, you will be responsible for generating leads, pitching solutions, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This is a
work-from-office role only
(not remote).

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with potential B2B clients.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and demos.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for client onboarding.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in B2B sales / client acquisition (preferred).
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Must be available for
    walk-in interview and work from office in Ranchi
    .

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary:
    ₹8,000 – ₹20,000 per month
    (depending on skills & experience).
  • Fixed salary + performance-based incentives.
