A Regional Manager, Solar Sales job involves leading a regional sales team to achieve solar product sales targets by developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and overseeing channel partners Support the Area managers to appoint channel partners a ( Franchise ), Recruit the Area Managers in their assigned area when ever needs. Key responsibilities include setting targets, analyzing market trends, training and motivating the sales team, and ensuring smooth project execution by collaborating with other departments. The role requires strong leadership, sales, and communication skills, along with specific experience in the solar industry and its related products. Key responsibilities

  • Sales strategy and execution: Develop and implement regional sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed sales targets for solar products and projects.
  • Team leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a team of field and/or inside sales representatives to drive performance and achieve goals.
  • Channel management: Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners, distributors, and dealers to expand market reach and support their sales efforts.
  • Client and account management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects, leading to successful contract negotiation and closure.
  • Market analysis: Track regional sales performance, analyze market trends, and report on pipeline status and conversion metrics to inform strategy.
  • Operational coordination: Work closely with operations, documentation, and finance teams to ensure the smooth handover and execution of projects.
  • Industry and policy knowledge: Stay updated on government schemes, subsidy structures, and local DISCOM policies relevant to the solar industry.
  • Brand representation: Represent the company at regional industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
