Position: Sales Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth by promoting our high-end residential and commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership abilities, a solid track record in real estate sales, and a deep knowledge of the local property market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, guide, and manage the sales team to consistently achieve monthly and yearly sales goals.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aimed at expanding the customer base.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, real estate brokers, and channel partners.
  • Conduct ongoing market analysis to stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement campaigns and generate quality leads.
  • Represent the company at property exhibitions, client meetings, and on-site visits.
  • Prepare and present regular sales performance updates and forecasts to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing sales targets in the real estate industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
