Job Brief: We are seeking a driven Area Sales Manager to join our team in the renewable energy sector. You will lead our in-home solar sales team, drive revenue growth, and cultivate strong client relationships. Your strategic planning and leadership will be instrumental in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Primary Objective:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth in the solar PV industry.
- Maximize sales team performance, formulate compelling sales strategies, and present them effectively to senior management.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve growth and meet sales targets by effectively managing the in-home solar sales team.
- Develop sales team capabilities through motivation, coaching, and product knowledge enhancement.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan to expand the customer base and enhance market presence.
- Build enduring customer relationships by understanding client needs and aligning them with our products and services.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, revenue reports, and expense budgets to management.
- Monitor sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure business and team success.
Requirements:
- Proven track record as a successful solar sales manager, consistently meeting or surpassing targets.
- MBA in Marketing or Bachelor's degree.
- Demonstrated ability to lead the entire sales process from planning to closure.
- Strong business acumen and deep industry knowledge.
- 2-7 years of experience in selling solar products.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong focus on achieving results.
- Salary Range: INR 25, ,000 per month + TA + Incentives.
- Location: Ernakulam, Calicut, Trivandrum
- Number of Vacancies: 3.
- Age Limit: Below 45 years.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25, ₹45,000.00 per month
