Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary liaison between the company and its clients.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Understand client needs and objectives to ensure they are met.
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' goals.
Account Growth and Retention:
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services or products.
- Collaborate with the sales team to expand the client base.
- Monitor account performance and ensure client satisfaction to retain business.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets.
- Present and demonstrate products or services to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed revenue goals.
Project Management:
- Oversee the execution of client projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, customer support) to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on account status and progress.
- Analyze client data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Present findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
Customer Support:
- Address client queries and issues promptly, ensuring quick resolution.
- Provide training and guidance on using products/services effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends and client needs to offer relevant solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech)
- Minimum 2 year proven experience in AIDC (Automatic Identification and Data Capture) as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Hindi
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently to meet with clients
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month

- AIDC Industry: 2 years (Required)
Willingness to travel:
- 75% (Preferred)
