Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Representative based in Chennai. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and identifying new sales opportunities. You will conduct property tours, negotiate deals, and provide exceptional customer service. This role requires active engagement with potential buyers, presenting properties, and closing deals efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in sales techniques and customer relationship management
  • Knowledge of real estate market and property management
  • Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
