We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Façade Team Leader to manage and lead the design, engineering, and delivery of façade systems across our construction projects. The successful candidate will oversee a multidisciplinary team, coordinate with consultants and contractors, and ensure that all façade elements meet design, performance, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Management:
  • Lead and manage the façade engineering/design team.
  • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and mentor team members.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and ensure efficient workflows.
  • Project Coordination:
  • Work closely with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure façade design aligns with project requirements.
  • Coordinate façade system details and interfaces with other building elements.
  • Ensure integration of performance criteria including thermal, acoustic, structural, and weatherproofing aspects.
  • Design & Technical Oversight:
  • Review and approve façade system designs, material selections, and construction details.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, international standards, and project specifications.
  • Oversee 2D and 3D design deliverables, mock-ups, and testing processes.
  • Procurement & Construction Support:
  • Participate in façade material selection and procurement strategies.
  • Provide technical support during installation, site inspections, and quality checks.
  • Ensure timely resolution of site issues related to façade systems.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
  • Prepare and review technical reports, façade specifications, and design documentation.
  • Report progress and potential risks to senior management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14, ₹30,000.00 per month
