Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader at the Mohali district location. The Team Leader will oversee and manage team operations, ensure the achievement of performance metrics, and coordinate daily tasks to meet business objectives. Responsibilities include managing team performance, conducting training sessions, ensuring productivity standards, actively addressing team challenges, and fostering a collaborative work environment. The role also requires monitoring team progress and providing regular feedback to optimize performance and align with organizational goals.

  • Strong leadership, team management, and supervisory skills
  • Ability to handle performance metrics, foster collaboration, and implement effective team strategies
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for mentoring and guiding team members
  • Proficiency in tools and software related to team management and reporting
  • Prior experience in team leadership or managerial roles is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is desirable
