About the Role

Chandigarh University is seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to manage our Tele-Counsellor Inside Sales Team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for education, and a proven track record in student counselling and sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of tele-counsellors (inbound & outbound).
  • Drive admission targets and ensure revenue growth.
  • Monitor team performance, call quality, and conversion rates.
  • Manage shrinkage, attrition, and overall team productivity.
  • Ensure an exceptional counselling experience for students and parents.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports and ensure process compliance.

Required Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Team Leader in EdTech / University / College / Education / Edu-tech industry.
  • Strong background in team handling, inside sales, and counselling.
  • Excellent communication skills with confidence in leading teams.
  • Proven track record in revenue generation and achieving targets.
