About the Role

Leapot Technologies is hiring an SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS)

Consultant to work with one of our leading pharmaceutical clients in Bangalore. We are looking for a

professional with deep expertise in the SAP SF LMS module, strong implementation and support

experience, and a collaborative mindset to work closely with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities


• Lead and manage end-to-end implementation and support of the SAP SuccessFactors LMS

module.


• Configure and maintain learning items, programs, curricula, and catalogs as per business

requirements.


• Collaborate with HR, IT, and compliance teams to ensure effective training and certification

management.


• Integrate LMS with other SuccessFactors modules and external systems.


• Develop reports and dashboards to track learning performance and compliance.


• Provide user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.


• Work onsite with business users 3 days per week for workshops and discussions.

Required Skills & Qualifications


• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors LMS.


• Strong understanding of learning processes, compliance training, and pharmaceutical

regulations (21 CFR Part 11 preferred).


• Experience in configuration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of LMS.


• Knowledge of SAP Integration Center, APIs, and data exchange tools.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


• SAP SuccessFactors LMS certification is an advantage.
