Business Development Manager

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager with strong experience in the garment and menswear industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our brand presence, driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities across domestic markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Identify new markets, clients, and partnership opportunities to expand the company's reach.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with retailers, distributors, and corporate clients.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with design, production, and marketing teams to align product offerings with market needs.
- Negotiate contracts, finalize deals, and ensure timely execution of business agreements.
- Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Prepare and present periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in Business Development or Sales within the garment/apparel industry (menswear preferred).
- Strong professional network within retail, distribution, or fashion sectors.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50, ₹75,000.00 per month
