Marketing and Branding Specialist

We're seeking a Contract-Based Marketing & Branding Specialist who can take our ideas, vision, and business personality—and turn them into a bold, clean, and consistent presence across:

  • Social Media (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) .
  • Web & Print Design
  • Brand Identity & Voice
  • Marketing Strategy & Execution

This role is ideal for someone who's both creative and strategic. You'll lead the charge on all things marketing and branding, while working directly with ownership and leadership to align on vision, tone, and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the content calendar for all social media channels
  • Create branded content (graphics, videos, short-form copy) aligned with each business unit's identity
  • Design print & digital materials (presentations, one-pagers, signage, etc.)
  • Oversee brand consistency across platforms and ventures
  • Create and manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn — optional but valuable)
  • Analyze marketing performance and provide reports with actionable insights
  • Assist in developing brand guidelines and positioning for new or evolving businesses
  • Work on pitch decks and investor-facing materials when needed

What We're Looking For

  • Strong portfolio of brand, design, and marketing work (across digital and social)
  • Expertise with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
  • Experience growing and managing B2B and/or B2C social media pages
  • Excellent visual and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently and juggling multiple brands
