Working Hours: 09:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Tuesday
- Sunday)

Probation Period: During probation, the target will be 8 institute tie -ups or 1000 lead generation through tie-ups.

Talentfiner Learning is a dynamic and innovative Edtech company. As a brand marketing intern with us, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in a fast-paced and collaborative environment while gaining hands-on experience in brand marketing strategies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote Talentfiner Learning across various channels.
- Tie-Up with different Institutions.
- Lead Generation and Lead Identification.
- Institutions visit, Brand explanation and Cold calling.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for brand growth.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools and provide insights for optimization.
- Support the planning and coordination of events, promotions, and partnerships to increase brand visibility and reach.
- Assist with the management of influencer relationships and outreach efforts to amplify brand presence.
- Contribute creative ideas and suggestions for marketing initiatives and projects.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including organizing files, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate or 3 years Diploma.
- 0-6 months experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Google Docs, Sheets, and PowerPoint.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
- Experience in cold calling, organization tie-ups, and social media brand marketing.
- Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Prior experience in marketing, advertising, or related fields is a plus.
