About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Employer Branding Sales Executive to help companies enhance their brand reputation as top employers. You will work closely with HR leaders, recruitment teams, and marketing departments to sell employer branding solutions that improve talent attraction, engagement, and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential clients, including HR leaders, talent acquisition heads, and corporate decision-makers.
Sell employer branding solutions such as talent outreach campaigns, digital branding, campus engagement, and corporate events.
Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new business and expand existing client relationships.
Conduct presentations and product demos showcasing the value of employer branding solutions.
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop customized branding proposals for clients.
Build strong relationships with companies, universities, and talent communities to drive brand visibility.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and innovations in employer branding.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective pipeline management and deal closure.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities.
Attractive performance-based incentives and bonuses for overachievement.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree with relevant experience in or related field
3-10 years of experience in B2B sales, employer branding, corporate partnerships, or HR tech sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand and sell branding solutions tailored to corporate needs.
Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with HR teams and corporate recruitment strategies.
Understanding of employer branding, recruitment marketing, and talent acquisition trends.
Familiarity with social media, digital marketing, and branding strategies for employers.
