As a B2B Sales Executive at Grow Billion Trees, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new corporate clients and expanding our business reach. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, and closing deals to promote our sustainability and carbon offset solutions.

**Responsibilities**:
Prospect, identify, and qualify potential corporate clients who are seeking sustainability and carbon offset solutions.

Conduct research to understand the needs, challenges, and objectives of prospective clients.

Develop and implement sales strategies to effectively target and engage decision-makers within target organizations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through ongoing communication and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that showcase the value of our sustainability solutions and carbon offset programs.

Negotiate terms and agreements with clients, including pricing, contract terms, and service delivery.

Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.

Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the sustainability, environmental, or carbon offset industry.

Strong understanding of corporate sustainability practices and carbon emissions reduction strategies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Demonstrated ability to identify client needs, develop tailored solutions, and close sales.

Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive approach to prospecting and business development.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Willingness to travel as needed.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
