We're seeking a driven B2B Sales Associates for North India ( HP, Punjab & Haryana). You'll be responsible for driving revenue growth, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base.If you're a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in B2B sales in tie ups with School, we'd love to hear from you

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
- Cultivate lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being aware of new products and competition status.
- The School Onboarding Specialist is responsible for executing B2B sales approach to the clients.

Roles and Responsibilities:
a) Making a proper sales pitch to the school owners/ principals and portraying a strong understanding of Sports and services.

b) Focusing on increasing the revenue and also side by side ensuring maximum client satisfaction.

c) Successfully closing the sales process by completing legal formalities, documentation, and other administrative pieces.

d) Giving extra focus on after-sales services and becoming very careful in identifying the problems and solving them at the earliest.

e) Strong focus on increasing the client base and also retaining the clients.

Qualifications:
a) 2-3 years of experience in B2B edtech sales

b) Bachelor's/Master's degree in any business discipline.

c) Fast learner who will quickly become an expert in our educational services, products courses.

d) A strong command in Interpersonal and Communication Skills.

e) Understand the landscape of Education & Sports industry.

f) Excellent Negotiation Skills.

g) Ready to travel in North India - Himachal ,Punjab, Haryana

Pay: ₹85,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
