Location: Remote

Probation period
- 35 Days

Stipend: Rs.7250 (during Probation)

**Salary**: 15k-20k pm (Fixed, after probation)

Working Hours: 09:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Tuesday
- Sunday)

Probation Period: During probation, the target will be 8 institute tie-ups or 1000 lead generation through tie-ups.

Talentfiner Learning is a dynamic and innovative Edtech company. As a brand marketing intern with us, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in a fast-paced and collaborative environment while gaining hands-on experience in brand marketing strategies.

**Responsibilities**:
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote Talentfiner Learning across various channels.

Tie-Up with different Institutions.

Lead Generation and Lead Identification.

Institutions visit, Brand explanation, and Cold calling.

Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for brand growth.

Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools and provide insights for optimization.

Support the planning and coordination of events, promotions, and partnerships to increase brand visibility and reach.

Assist with the management of influencer relationships and outreach efforts to amplify brand presence.

Contribute creative ideas and suggestions for marketing initiatives and projects.

Provide administrative support as needed, including organizing files, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.

**Requirements**:
Graduate or 3 years Diploma.

0-6 months experience.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

Proficiency in MS Word, Google Docs, Sheets, and PowerPoint.

Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.

Experience in cold calling, organization tie-ups, and social media brand marketing.

Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Prior experience in marketing, advertising, or related fields is a plus.
