We're Hiring: Account Executive - Sales (Full time)
About Us:
Sorted Branding is a fast-growing creative & marketing agency working with D2C, FMCG, beauty, and lifestyle brands. We’re not your regular agency. We build brands that perform — from branding and marketing to GTM strategy, UGC, and performance marketing.
We’re now looking for a sharp, persuasive Account Executive - Sales who can drive revenue, build relationships, and pitch like a pro.
What You'll Do:
Identify and reach out to potential leads across sectors like D2C, FMCG, beauty, and lifestyle.
Understand client pain points and position Sorted’s services as powerful solutions.
Run discovery calls, pitch decks, and proposals to close high-ticket deals.
Coordinate with internal teams for proposal building and pitch strategy.
Follow up religiously and maintain CRM hygiene.
Contribute to building long-term client relationships and upselling opportunities.
Hit monthly targets with a strong execution + feedback loop.
What We're Looking For:
1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably at a creative/marketing agency.
Good understanding of branding, social media marketing, and performance ads.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
Highly organized with a strong sense of ownership and hustle.
Comfortable working from office (Mumbai, Andheri East).
Bonus If You Have:
Experience in agency sales or creative services pitching.
Worked in fast-paced startups or sales-driven environments.
Familiar with tools like Notion, Trello, HubSpot, etc.
