Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior HR Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance, while contributing to building a positive and high-performing work culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).

  • Handle HR operations including attendance, payroll coordination, and employee records.

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.

  • Support performance management processes and appraisals.

  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and HR policies.

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievance resolution.

  • Contribute to process improvements within the HR function. Oversee general administrative tasks including vendor coordination, office maintenance, and procurement of office supplies.

  • Support facility management and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

  • Assist management in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.

Requirements

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 2–5 years of experience in HR.

  • Strong understanding of recruitment, payroll basics, and HR operations.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS tools is a plus.
