Role Overview

We are looking for HR Executives (Freshers / 01+ years of experience) who are passionate about Human Resources and eager to learn. This role provides hands-on exposure to recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. Its a great opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to kickstart their career in HR with structured guidance and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Onboarding

  • Assist with onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
  • Ensure joining formalities and documentation are completed accurately.

    HR Operations
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
  • Assist with attendance, leave, and payroll-related support.
  • Address basic employee queries on HR policies.

    Employee Engagement
  • Help organize employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations.
  • Collect feedback and assist in implementing engagement initiatives.

    Training & Development
  • Coordinate training sessions/workshops.
  • Support preparation of training materials and maintain attendance records.

    HR Projects & Compliance
  • Contribute to HR projects such as wellness, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Support the HR team in ensuring policy adherence and compliance.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Management, or related fields (MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory).
  • 01+ years of experience in HR (internships/final year projects in HR will be considered).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Eagerness to learn HR systems, processes, and best practices.
  • Flexibility to work in night shifts.
