Job Summary:
We are seeking a smart, dynamic, and detail-oriented HR professional to join our team as an HR Executive Generalist. The ideal candidate should be passionate about people practices, meticulous in process management, and capable of driving organizational development initiatives. This role requires a proactive individual with strong interpersonal skills who can contribute to building a collaborative and positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Design, review, and update job descriptions in coordination with hiring managers.
- Utilize various sourcing platforms such as job portals, social media, and employee referrals to attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews (telephonic, virtual, and in-person) and present shortlists of suitable candidates to business heads.
- Support and coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and orientation programs.
- Assist in implementing employee development plans and performance management systems.
- Handle HR operations, including maintaining employee records and ensuring HR data accuracy.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, statutory compliance, and internal audit requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute HR initiatives and engagement activities.
- Participate in career fairs and organize in-house recruitment or engagement events.
Skill Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with efficiency and professionalism.
