Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager, based in Pune, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and creating strategic business plans. Daily tasks include market research, prospecting, networking, sales presentations, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieving business growth targets.

Qualifications

  • Experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management
  • Strong market research, prospecting, and networking skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategic business plans
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work setting
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry and technology-driven solutions is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
