We are seeking a warm, persuasive, and fluent Tamil-speaking Relationship Manager to help prospective brides and grooms find a life partner through arranged marriage. You will act as a personal representative, reaching out to prospective groom/ bride families, introducing their profile and encouraging a respectful conversation between the two parties.

You must have a natural sales mindset, emotional intelligence, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact shortlisted prospective grooms/ brides or their families (via phone/WhatsApp)
  • Introduce the groom's profile to them, handle initial concerns with empathy
  • Arrange first-level conversations between the groom and prospective brides
  • Provide regular updates and insights from outreach efforts

Candidate Requirements:

  • Fluent in Tamil
  • Background in sales, customer support, or telecalling.
  • Prior experience in matrimonial or B2C sales (preferred, not mandatory)
  • Polite, emotionally intelligent, and confident on call

Work hours :

  • 10 hours per week
  • Flexible timings
  • Remote/ WFH

Job Types: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 10 per week
