Job Summary
:
Create and deliver training programs within an organization like learning plan, process knowledge tests on tool & communicate the same to stakeholders via email, chat or any other medium.
Responsibilities
:
· Create learning solutions and training modules for effective delivery of training.
· Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work effectively with global, virtual teams.
· End to end process transactional activities.
· Follow Standard Operating Procedures to ensure high quality and consistent delivery service.
· Assist employees in navigating the Cornerstone tool and provide support as needed
· Liaising with Cornerstone team and training team
Skillset required
:
·
Proficiency in MS suites
· Excellent problem-solving abilities.
· Proficiency in using Excel and data management skills.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Eligibility criteria:
· Minimum of a bachelor's degree
· Experience developing e-learning solutions is preferred.
·
Freshers with strong analytical and Excel skills can also be considered; prior support experience will be an advantage
Ø
End to End HR Shared Services transactional activities associated with the US employee life cycle
Ø
Must possess domain expertise and hands on experience in US BGC and Onboarding process
Ø
Follow Standard Operating Procedures to ensure high quality of transactions are performed
Ø
Responsible for ensuring that Service Level Target is met with zero misses
Ø
Ensured 100% I-9 compliance for US candidates through proactive follow-ups
Ø
Ensuring smooth offer letter reviews and roll out them in a timely manner
Ø
Facilitate exit processes for US employees and promptly manage employee queries
Ø
Query handling for the team on the shop floor
Ø
Should be able to handle 1
st
level of escalation from respective stakeholders like recruitment, business, etc.
Ø
Collaboration with US teams as per the process requirements
Ø
Support the management to drive compliance, audits, and adherence to process controls at all times
Ø
Process improvement and transformation
Ø
Collect and cleanse data to populate daily management reports or as per required frequency
Knowledge & Skills Required:
ü Analytical bent of mind
ü Preferred to have team leading experience (not mandatory)
ü Handling of PII / sensitive information
ü US BGC and Onboarding domain knowledge - Preferred
