Job Overview
We are seeking a Mid-Level Lubricant Sales Manager to join our team. This full-time position requires a dynamic professional with 4-6 years of experience to drive sales and expand our market presence in Hyderabad, Nellore, Rajahmundry, and Kakinada. The ideal candidate will utilize their expertise to enhance lubricants sales through effective strategies and customer engagement.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven ability in customer relationship management to maintain and grow client base effectively.
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and close deals with clients.
- Experience in lead generation to identify and convert potential clients into long-term partners.
- Expertise in B2B sales to strategize and implement sales plans effectively (Mandatory skill).
- Skilled in sales presentations to communicate value propositions to a varied audience (Mandatory skill).
- Proficiency in distribution management to ensure efficient delivery and availability of products (Mandatory skill).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams effectively.
- Analytical thinking to assess market trends and adapt strategies accordingly for optimal results.
