Job Description
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Oversee the design, development, and management of the company's web communication platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding across digital channels.
- Analyse web traffic and performance metrics to optimise digital campaigns.
- Drive lead generation through SEO, SEM, and other online marketing techniques.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and data protection regulations in all digital activities.
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and web communication.
A successful Head - D2C should have:
- Graduate & MBA with 15 years of experience in managing performance / Digital Marketing / D2C accountability
- Proven experience in digital marketing and web communication, ideally in the Groceries, Beauty products, cosmetics
- Should have managed & accountable for constant revenue growth
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital analytics tools.
- Excellent project management and team leadership skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with web design and development principles.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
