Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Advertising & Lead Generation

  • Strategize and coordinate digital campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.) for lead generation and sales conversions.
  • Work closely with the performance marketing team to analyze campaign ROI and optimize ad spend.

2. Marketplace & Quick Commerce Sales

  • Get products listed and optimized on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, FirstCry, Blinkit, Zepto, etc.
  • Manage inventory, pricing, promotions, and customer feedback to boost marketplace performance.

3. Strategic Partnerships

  • Build and manage partnerships with birthday party planners, kids activity centers, schools, museums, and play zones.
  • Create bundled offerings or affiliate models to increase reach and conversions.

4. Customer Sales Support

  • Address sales-related customer inquiries promptly and effectively via email, chat, or phone.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and manage post-sale follow-ups if needed.

5. Sales Automation & Reporting

  • Design and implement automated sales workflows using CRM and marketing automation tools
  • Track KPIs and generate sales performance reports for leadership review.

Preferred candidate profile Prior experience with book/toy brands, familiarity with woocommerce, worked with a D2C brand to drive digital sales.
