1 To lead the short and long-term strategy and demonstrate active scaling of the business of a product category estimated to be 250 Mn USD in India.
2 Set measurable strategic goals and deliver results from key B2B and B2C stakeholders.

3 Responsible for the Company's P&L.

4 Maintain market awareness, expansion opportunities and identify new opportunities and strategies for promoting products.

5 Direct the company's channel marketing initiatives using the full range of marketing tools/media.

6 Strong management skills in the FMCG industry, especially food.

7 Strong leadership skills and business acumen.

8 An experienced business strategist with a track record of delivering business objectives.

9 An out of the box thinker with a flair for ingenuity and process efficiency.
