Job Title: Territory Manager Export Sales (Capital Equipment)

Location: Ahmedabad
CTC: 10 – 12 LPA
Functional Area: International Sales / Business Development
Role Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Territory Manager – Export Sales to lead international business development for high-value capital equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge and proven experience in managing global markets independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage export sales strategies for assigned territories
- Identify and convert international leads into long-term clients
- Negotiate contracts, prepare commercial offers, and close high-value deals
- Build strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, and end-users abroad
- Represent the company at global trade shows, exhibitions, and client visits
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution, documentation, and after-sales support
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
Candidate Profile:
- Education: Engineering Graduate (Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics preferred)
- Experience: 8–10 years in Export/International Sales of capital machinery
Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of plastic processing/packaging machinery
- Ability to manage international clients and travel as required
- Proficiency in export documentation and compliance
