Functional Area: International Sales / Business Development

Role Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Territory Manager – Export Sales to lead international business development for high-value capital equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge and proven experience in managing global markets independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage export sales strategies for assigned territories
  • Identify and convert international leads into long-term clients
  • Negotiate contracts, prepare commercial offers, and close high-value deals
  • Build strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, and end-users abroad
  • Represent the company at global trade shows, exhibitions, and client visits
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order execution, documentation, and after-sales support
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities

Candidate Profile:

  • Education: Engineering Graduate (Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics preferred)
  • Experience: 8–10 years in Export/International Sales of capital machinery
  • Skills:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Strong understanding of plastic processing/packaging machinery
  • Ability to manage international clients and travel as required
  • Proficiency in export documentation and compliance
