Territory Manager

- Drive sales initiatives and campaigns to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Provide ongoing training and support to agency personnel to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Monitor agency performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and address underperformance.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that support agency sales efforts.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and market insights to senior management.
- Recruit and onboard new agencies to expand the distribution network.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
- Resolve conflicts and negotiate effectively between agency partners and the organization.
- Organize regional events to promote product visibility and agency engagement.
- Stay updated on industry developments to continuously improve agency channel strategies.
- Contribute to the development of new products and services based on agency feedback.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management or territory management.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets.
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
- Willingness to travel within the designated territory as required.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with partners.
