Role Description
The Territory Manager role involves managing sales operations, driving business growth, and building strong client relationships within the designated territory. Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, supervising the performance of distributors and retailers, conducting market analysis, implementing marketing strategies, and ensuring the availability and visibility of products. The Territory Manager will also oversee inventory management, provide training to team members, and handle customer queries effectively. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and account management skills, with a proven ability to meet targets and drive revenue growth
- Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills to manage distributors, retailers, and customers effectively
- Strategic planning and marketing knowledge to implement promotional activities and market expansion initiatives
- Proficiency in analysis, inventory management, and reporting for efficient territory operations
- Strong communication, decision-making, and leadership abilities to guide and motivate teams
- Familiarity with consumer durables or automotive industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Willingness to travel extensively within the designated territory
