Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Territory Sales Manager will lead efforts to expand the company's presence by identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing sales pipelines, and nurturing relationships with clients. Additional responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, overseeing territory-based sales activities, driving revenue growth, and delivering training and support to ensure client success. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet sales goals and maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and address client needs effectively.
  • Expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets while managing pipelines efficiently.
  • Experience in delivering Training and fostering professional development among team members or clients.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive results in a dynamic and competitive market.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in technology-driven products or community management systems is a plus.
