Location :- Mehsana and Patan -Gujrat
Reporting to :- RSM / ZSM and supervising 2-3 sales officers you will be responsible for sales of Animal feed in your territory
Salary : /- CTC Variable + TA + DA
Experience :- 4-6 Years
Qualification :- Preference to MBA(Sales/Marketing) / B.Sc (Agriculture)
Territory Sales Manager JD:
Developing potential market for Cattle Feed, distribution network in targeted markets, tracking purchase & sales channel partners, create awareness amongst customers and analyse competitors ' activities, increase brand value as well as market value of Cattle Feed.Appointment & development of Distributors channelsManaging /Hiring team members of different location as per the company's vision.Setting sales targets for individual SO and your team as a wholeTo maintain and increase sales of company's products.Achieving the targets and goals set in your areaEstablishing, maintaining and expanding customer baseServicing the needs of our existing customersTo increase business opportunities through various routes of the marketDeveloping innovative higher sales strategies.Focus on the team members for achieving their desired targets.Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourselfCustomer feedback and market researchMeets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions.To suggest & implement brand promotional activities.
