Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager based in Ahmedabad. The individual will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and identifying new business opportunities. The role involves managing sales teams, providing training, and ensuring the execution of sales strategies. The manager will also oversee customer service excellence and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs.
- Proven Sales and Sales Management experience to drive sales targets and lead teams effectively.
- Capability in Training to enhance team performance and implement best practices.
- Knowledge of the agriculture sector would be advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and provide strategic inputs to attain company goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field preferred.
