Roles & Responsibilities

  • Email Design & Development: Build responsive, visually engaging templates using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Campaign Implementation: Collaborate with marketing & design teams to translate campaign goals into functional, brand-aligned emails.
  • Personalization & Logic: Implement personalization strings and conditional logic for targeted campaigns.
  • Testing & Optimization: Ensure cross-device and cross-client compatibility, optimize for performance and deliverability.
  • Platform Management: Manage, schedule, and deploy campaigns via ESPs (Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, etc.).
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs (open rates, CTRs, conversions) and drive data-backed improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with design, content, and product teams for consistent and impactful messaging.
  • Best Practices & Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends and continuously improve email strategies.

Skills & Experience Required

  • 4–6 years of hands-on email development experience with a strong campaign portfolio.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS (media queries), JavaScript.
  • Experience with Email Service Providers (Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor, Salesforce, Klaviyo, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of responsive design, cross-client compatibility, and deliverability best practices.
  • Familiarity with email analytics tools (Google Analytics, ESP native reports).
  • Excellent communication & collaboration skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000, ₹1,300,000.00 per year
