We are seeking an
experienced Executive Chef
to lead the culinary operations of an upcoming
refined European-inspired dining concept
in Mumbai. The restaurant will offer an elevated experience featuring
classic antipasti, house-made pastas, gourmet pizzas, refined main courses, and elegant desserts
— all crafted with exceptional attention to tradition, quality, and detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all kitchen operations, ensuring consistency and excellence in every dish.
  • Develop and execute menus with authentic flavours and refined presentation.
  • Train, mentor, and inspire a multicultural kitchen team.
  • Oversee ingredient sourcing and maintain strong supplier relationships.
  • Ensure full compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with management on menu development, budgeting, and cost control.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an
    Executive Chef
    or
    Head Chef
    in a
    Michelin-starred or fine dining restaurant
    .
  • Strong knowledge of classic European cuisine and contemporary culinary trends.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Passion for authenticity, creativity, and team development.
  • Willingness to relocate to Mumbai (relocation support can be provided).
