Position: Team Leader - Admin

Job Summary:

Contexio is seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Manager to oversee and optimize our office operations. This pivotal role ensures smooth day-to-day functioning, providing administrative support to various teams and contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Office Operations Management

Oversee all administrative functions to ensure the office operates smoothly, including coordinating supplies, maintenance, and ensuring a productive work environment.

2. Team and Facility Coordination

Manage office space, seating arrangements, and equipment functionality, while providing logistical support for internal meetings, events, and team activities.

3. Vendor and Service Management

Liaise with external vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and other services, ensuring cost-effective solutions and maintaining strong relationships.

4. Administrative Support

Provide administrative support across departments, including preparing reports, presentations, maintaining records, and assisting senior management.

5. Employee Onboarding

Support the onboarding process for new employees.

6. Compliance and Documentation

Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and legal regulations, while managing documentation and maintaining confidential records.

Qualifications and Skills

1. Education:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.

2. Experience:

3-5 years of experience in office administration, preferably in an e-commerce or fast-paced environment.

3. Skills:

Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proactive approach to anticipating needs and solving challenges.

Proficient in MS Office and office management tools.

High accuracy in record-keeping and task execution.

Collaborative with the ability to work independently.
