Job Title: Admin Staff / Administrative Assistant

Location: Vashi Navi Mumbai

Department - Administration

Reports To: Admin Manager / HR Manager / Director

Job Purpose:

To provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office, assist management and staff with day-to-day activities, and maintain a professional workplace environment for EPC MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing ) & Manufacturing company

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, correspondence, and data entry.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor queries, ensuring professional communication.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement as needed.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing minutes, and arranging travel or logistics for staff.
  • Support HR in maintaining employee records, attendance, and leave management.
  • Handle vendor coordination, service contracts, and facility management (cleaning, security, etc.).
  • Prepare reports, letters, and other documents as requested by management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Provide support in organizing company events, training sessions, or conferences.
  • Carry out any other administrative duties assigned by management.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role (freshers with good skills can also apply).
  • Candidate with Electrical (MEP) background will be preferred
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
