Role Overview:Sonigara Corp is seeking a proactive and results-driven CRM Manager to lead our customer relationship initiatives. The ideal candidate will enhance customer satisfaction, improve retention, and contribute to business growth through data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute CRM strategies to enhance customer experience and loyalty.
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of CRM software.
- Maintain and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for engagement.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure a unified customer journey.
- Design and manage customer engagement campaigns (email, SMS, loyalty programs, etc.).
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Generate reports on CRM performance, customer feedback, and engagement metrics.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices to improve efficiency.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in CRM management, customer service, or marketing.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and drive customer-focused initiatives.
