Role Overview:

Sonigara Corp is seeking a proactive and results-driven CRM Manager to lead our customer relationship initiatives. This role involves managing customer interactions, optimizing CRM processes, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. The ideal candidate will enhance customer satisfaction, improve retention, and contribute to business growth through data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute CRM strategies to enhance customer experience and loyalty.
  • Oversee the implementation and optimization of CRM software.
  • Maintain and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for engagement.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure a unified customer journey.
  • Design and manage customer engagement campaigns (email, SMS, loyalty programs, etc.).
  • Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
  • Generate reports on CRM performance, customer feedback, and engagement metrics.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices to improve efficiency.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in CRM management, customer service, or marketing.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and drive customer-focused initiatives.
