Role Description

We are seeking a
dedicated and client-focused Customer Relations Manager to join our team in pune to cover respective Area's Wakad , Hinjewadi , baner , balewadi , Punawale , Tathawade , In this full-time
role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for managing relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring exceptional satisfaction. Your core duties will involve presenting suitable rental and resale property options, facilitating communication between parties, and working collaboratively to close deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main liaison for property owners and tenants, managing all communications with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Identify and present suitable rental and resale property options tailored to client requirements.
  • Proactively manage the customer journey to ensure a high level of satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to recommend and implement service improvements.
  • Contribute to the development of company protocols and best practices for customer relations.
  • Collaborate closely with the management team to facilitate negotiations and successfully close deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property statuses.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel for data management and reporting.
  • A proactive and resourceful mindset with the ability to think on your feet.
  • Prior experience in real estate, hospitality, or business operations is a significant advantage.
