Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Billing Executive to manage ECHS (Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme) OPD billing operations. The candidate will be responsible for accurate billing, claim preparation, documentation, and coordination with patients and ECHS authorities, ensuring smooth functioning of OPD billing activities.

Key Responsibilities
Handle daily OPD billing for ECHS patients as per prescribed guidelines.

Prepare and verify bills, claims, and reimbursement documents.

Maintain accurate patient billing records and ensure compliance with ECHS norms.

Coordinate with ECHS polyclinic/empanelled hospitals for claim settlements.

Assist patients in billing queries and provide clear communication.

Ensure timely submission of claims and maintain proper documentation.

Generate daily/weekly/monthly billing reports for management.

Work closely with accounts and administrative teams for reconciliation.

Qualifications & Skills
Graduate in Commerce/Accounts/Finance or related field preferred.

Prior Experience In Hospital/healthcare Billing (ECHS Preferred).
Strong knowledge of OPD billing procedures and claim management.

Proficiency in MS Office and hospital billing software.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail.
