Job Purpose:
The Dispatch Executive will be responsible for coordinating and managing the dispatch operations of the Galvanized Iron (GI) plant, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of finished products to customers, warehouses, or distribution points. This role will involve inventory management, order processing, transportation coordination, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and coordinate the dispatch of finished GI products as per customer orders and internal requirements.
- Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of materials, including proper packaging, labeling, and documentation.
- Monitor the status of dispatched goods to ensure timely delivery and address any delays or issues with transportation.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatched products, including quantities, batch numbers, and dispatch dates.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure product availability and resolve any stock shortages.
- Assist in inventory audits, ensuring that stock levels are in line with customer demand and production output.
- Verify and process customer orders, ensuring that dispatch is aligned with customer specifications.
- Prepare necessary shipping documents, including delivery notes, invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for product transportation, including safety standards.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management (e.g.,Six Sigma) is a plus.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with dispatching galvanized products or industrial goods is an advantage.
- Familiarity with transportation management, inventory control, and order processing systems.

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), and knowledge of dispatch or warehouse management software.
- Knowledge of shipping documentation, transportation logistics, and customs regulations is beneficial.
- Problem-solving ability to resolve logistics or transportation-related issues.

How to Apply:
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
