About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of Smart City, Intelligent Traffic Management System (ITMS), and Adaptive Traffic Control System (ATCS) projects. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end project delivery — from planning and design to execution and handover — ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage Smart City / ITMS / ATCS projects from initiation to completion.

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, government agencies, and internal teams.

Oversee technical implementation of systems like CCTV, ANPR, RLVD, ATCC, VMS, and Adaptive Signals.

Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and billing processes.

Monitor site execution, testing, and commissioning.

Prepare project documentation (DPRs, BOQs, MOMs, reports).

Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.

Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of Smart City mission components, ITMS & ATCS architecture.

Hands-on experience in system integration, ITS hardware, and field operations.

Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera, AutoCAD (basic), and MS Office tools.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to handle multi-location teams and government projects.
