About the Role:

Technosys Integrated Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and driven
Sales Manager
to lead business development initiatives in the
Smart City and Government IT domain
.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in
IT and government project sales
, a solid understanding of
tendering, bidding, and procurement processes
, and the ability to build long-term client relationships within public sector organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth by identifying and developing new opportunities in
    Smart City and Government IT projects
    .
  • Manage end-to-end sales processes—from lead generation to proposal submission and deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong networks with government departments, consultants, and system integrators.
  • Prepare RFP responses, technical proposals, and participate in bid presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and project teams to align offerings with client needs.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or Business (MBA preferred).
  • 8–10 years of experience
    in
    IT / Smart City / E-Governance / Government project sales
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    GeM portal, tendering process, and government procurement norms
    .
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large government clients.
