We're looking for a high-energy, target-driven Store Manager to lead our solar retail operations with passion, precision, and people skills. You'll be the powerhouse running day-to-day store performance — from sales to stock, team motivation to customer happiness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Manage and train sales executives and floor staff.
  • Achieve monthly sales and performance targets.
  • Maintain stock records, product displays, and store cleanliness.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure premium service.
  • Collaborate with marketing & admin teams for store promotions.
  • Prepare sales reports, performance data, and daily cash summaries.

Requirements

  • Graduate or Diploma (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in retail/store management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to drive sales and build customer relationships.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, POS systems).
