Shop Floor Supervisor

**Job Summary**

**As a Floor Supervisor at our grocery store, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the retail floor. Your leadership and organizational skills will be essential in managing daily activities and providing excellent customer service.**

**Responsibilities**
**- Planning and organizing production schedules and workforce allocation to meet production targets.**:

- Assessing project and resource requirements and ensuring availability of production resources.**:

- Setting quality control standards and overseeing production processes to ensure adherence to these standards.**:

- Monitoring the productivity rates and product standards and implementing quality control programs.**:

- Ensuring safety regulations are followed throughout the production floor.**:

- Addressing issues relating to equipment repair and maintenance.**:

- Providing training and support to line workers.**:

- Reviewing worker performance and identifying training needs.**

**Skills**
- **A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent in mechanical or Mechatronics. However, a bachelor’s degree in business administration, B Sc, or a related field is often preferred.**:

- **At least 3 year’s Proven experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing or production environment.**:

- **Familiarity with industry standards and technology relevant to the robotic production line.**:

- **Strong understanding of quality control standards and safety regulations.**

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
