We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Quality Analyst
to join our team. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our travel technology products, which power flight bookings, hotel reservations, and end-to-end travel experiences.

Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and execute
    test plans, test cases, and test scripts
    for web and mobile applications.
  • Perform
    functional, regression, integration, API, and UI testing
    across travel booking workflows (flights, hotels, ancillaries, payments).
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and business teams to understand requirements and define acceptance criteria.
  • Identify, document, and track
    bugs and defects
    using tools like Jira / Bugzilla / Trello.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in booking systems, PNRs, payment gateways, and supplier integrations.
  • Work with automation engineers to enhance
    test automation coverage
    .
  • Prepare
    test reports and quality metrics
    to ensure timely releases.
  • Continuously contribute to improving QA processes and best practices.

Requirements :

  • 2+ years of experience
    as a Manual QA / Software Tester, preferably in travel or e-commerce domains.
  • Strong understanding of
    QA methodologies, testing life cycle, and SDLC
    .
  • Hands-on experience with tools like
    Postman, Selenium, JMeter, Cypress, or similar
    .
  • Good knowledge of
    API testing (REST/Soap), database queries (SQL), and browser debugging tools
    .
  • Familiarity with
    GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) / OTA APIs
    is a strong plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.

  • Exposure to
    automation frameworks
